Selena Gomez has confirmed she is dating again, and this time it’s producer Benny Blanco, who she has been friendly with for some time. The celebrity couple have even worked together on several songs before, including the 2017 hit I Can’t Get Enough and Selena’s latest release Single Soon.

In comments on an Instagram post speculating about their romance on December 4, the 31-year-old wrote simply “facts” three days later on December 7. This caused a frenzy as the star has been single for some time, also explaining she enjoys her time outside a relationship.
However, some trolls began writing negative comments about their relationship. This led to the star defending her new beau, and she replied to some of the reactions.
She confirmed in further comments she and the music maker have been dating for six months. But she went further to say Benny was “the best thing that’s ever happened to me … he’s still better than anyone I’ve been with” after some fans questioned if he was good enough for the actress.
Today, the former Disney star shared a picture on her Instagram Stories with a man who seems to be the 35-year-old.

In one particularly scathing comment, the TV star wrote that she would never “be with a f***boy again.”
“I know what’s best for me and I will fight till I get what I deserve. I appreciate your misguided input, but I’m growing. Don’t feel free to grow with me just know I’m not going to be with a f***boy ever again. Sorry to disappoint,” said the celebrity.
If social media PDA is a thing, we think that Selena and Benny are it! Other tell-tale signs that the pair were dating came before the revelation. Selena’s mum followed the producer and Benny shared a picture of “gf” written in what appears to be Selena’s handwriting.
Along with the picture of herself and Benny, Selena also shared a photo of her left hand which featured a ring on her ring finger with the letter B on it.

Talking about what she wants from her future relationships, she said: “I want it to be real and I don’t want it to be codependent or messy or [have a] lack of communication. I think you know when you get older. You find people that are actually right for you, that are actually on the same wavelength.”
